Gabriel is the customer service manager for the applications team within Dialogic, responsible for supporting critical projects, deployments, technical resources, customer support and IT/technical troubleshooting for service providers and enterprises. He also instructs training seminars around the world. His research interests include machine learning, deep learning, digital image processing and facial recognition, he has published referred conference papers in these areas.
