Mobile World Congress is happening this week, and the excitement is palpable here at Dialogic—and not just because it gets us to Barcelona for four days. We’re looking forward to a jam-packed schedule of demos, meetings and speaking sessions, with a special eye out for information about hot topics like NFV and Diameter signaling.
Of course, we’re also excited to be contributing to the conversation ourselves, in conjunction with some of our fellow attendees. We’ll be teaming up with some of our Dialogic-powered industry partners—like Unisys, APEX Voice Communications, Quobis, Movirtu and Gintel—to demonstrate what our WebRTC-based PowerMedia XMS™ media server software can do.
It’s not often you get this many industry leaders in the same place, and we’re thrilled to be a part of it. These companies represent a wide variety of products and services in the telecom field, which shows just how many possibilities there are for WebRTC-powered technologies today. Our partners will be demonstrating everything from cloud-based video conferencing and telemarketing (at APEX) to calls over WiFi (at Movirtu), and you won’t want to miss it.
We’ll also be demoing some of our own products. First, our BorderNet Diameter Services Helix, which mixes traditional Diameter technology with seamless interworking function and flexible usability. With the number of mobile devices ever on the rise and network function in danger of being strained by high use, technology like the Helix will help carriers stay ahead of service needs. At the conference, we plan on showing how operators using this next-generation Diameter signaling controller can give their customers an uninterrupted roaming experience, adding the freedom to switch from network to network while simultaneously improving service.
If you’ll be at MWC, then stop by the Dialogic booths— Hall 6, Stand 6J28 and Hall 2, Stand 2K50—whether for our demos or just to chat about the industry. If you can’t make it this year, we’d still love to hear from you.
